Project Description

Free matrix analysis for PowerPoint and Google Slides. Four quadrants (2×2) matrix template for presentations. Editable graphics with icons and text placeholders.

Matrix Analysis

Business models and theories are better explained and understood with a straightforward minimalist design.

That is probably the reason why the most simple frameworks are also the most popular. Of course, you know the SWOT, Ansoff, BCG analysis… These decision-making frameworks are all very easy to visualize and understand. Therefore, anybody can adapt them to his/her own purpose.

In particular, a two-by-two matrix is a simple and effective way of structuring and presenting the information.

Consultants will certainly find this matrix analysis template very useful. It illustrates a flower-type matrix, with 4 hexagonal arrows converging to its center (like petals). In addition, every single shape can embed a letter (for e.g. for the acronym) or a number, and an icon. On the right side, you can describe each of the segments in more detail.

Shapes are 100% editable: colors and sizes can be easily changed.

The text displayed is for illustrative purposes only. It should be edited to fit your own needs. Also, feel free to customize this diagram with your selection of icons (to insert an icon under PowerPoint, go to Insert > Icons…)

Includes 2 slide option designs: Standard (4:3) and Widescreen (16:9).
